Group Fitness Walk and Talk (Interview your prospective personal trainer)

Join us as we discover new trails, learn about the local flora and fauna, and enjoy the beauty of nature while getting in a moderate walk. All fitness levels are welcome – The walk will include light/moderate cardio, some basic stretching, and attention to postural alignment and breathing.

You'll have an opportunity to discuss your fitness goals and see if personal training with Mike would be a good fit. Please dress in layers appropriate for the weather, and bring water and a small snack. The walk will last about 75 minutes.
