• Speaker: Kaspar von Grünberg, CEO at Humanitec
• Description: Over the last few months we talked to more than 1,800 teams and analyzed their DevOps setup in depth. We asked questions around their infrastructure & CI/CD setup, approaches to config management and their performance on DevOps key metrics, such as deployment frequency, lead time, mean time to restore (MTTR) and change failure rate. We gathered data on developer experience, degree of automation and self-service. In this talk, Kaspar will present the results and discuss:
- Common patterns we see emerge in most DevOps setups
- What differentiates top-performing teams from the large midfield and low-performers
- Why are most teams stuck in the middle and what does it take to reach the next level in the DevOps evolution
