Bringing Diversity of Thinking to Transformation Leadership Teams
Details
On 30th May, Digital Transformation Perth will host an extra special event for our local business and technology community. We’ll be taking over Riff’s Town Hall with a packed evening of conversations from not one, but two panels.
These panels will feature not only transformational leaders from Perth (keep scrolling to find out who), but also a special guest who will be joining us virtually from Norway: Whynde Kuehn, Founder and Managing Director of S2E Transformation.
In this night of two halves (bridged by our usual pause for drinks, food, and networking), our first panel will tackle the question of why we want to drive diversity in transformational leadership.
With evolving methodologies, no cookie-cutter approach for transformational leadership, and no single greatest role model to emulate, this is an area deserving of our attention. We need leaders who bring different perspectives and practical approaches. We can achieve this by supporting diversity of thinking, backgrounds, experience, and capabilities. But how do we inspire the growth and inclusion of leaders who will bring this diversity?
Our second panel will introduce us to one example of how we can support diversity in our leadership. We are excited to share that this session will mark Australia’s public launch of global initiative Women in Architecture (WIA).
WIA was created to accelerate the pathway for women in architecture to amplify the impact of the discipline worldwide. WIA is a community based on a spirit of personal growth, open exchange, mutual trust, and helping each other.
This promises to be a dynamic and inspiring event, so we hope to see many familiar and new faces alike on 30th May!
