  • Sean Gardiner, DataDivers, began his career as a geochemist, but as the world evolved, so did he. Since 1999, Sean has worked in technology, and since 2007, he has specialised in Human-Centred Design. Today, his focus is on data—using it to solve complex problems and support better decision-making. A regular user of generative AI, Sean’s role shifts daily, and he has become a subject matter expert in cognitive capability, helping teams navigate emerging challenges with practical insight.
