## About this Event
Join Perth's BA community for an honest, experience-driven conversation about where the BA role is heading - and what it takes to thrive in it.
The BA role is changing - and fast. AI is reshaping toolkits, delivery models are evolving, and expectations on BAs have never been higher.
This 60-minute panel brings together four experienced BA practitioners and leaders to share what's actually working, what's being disrupted, and what great business analysis looks like in practice today.
No polished keynotes. No theory slides. Just honest conversation from people who've been doing this work for years and want to give something real back to the community.
## On the Agenda
1. The Role Ahead
What will fundamentally change about the BA role in the next three to five years - and what will stay surprisingly constant?
2. AI and the BA Toolkit
Where does AI genuinely fit into business analysis today, and how will it shift what's expected of BAs going forward?
3. The Honest Reflection
What is one common BA mistake or blind spot that deserves more candid discussion in the profession?
And more...
- Stakeholder management under pressure
- Building future-ready BA teams
- Audience Q&A
- Lightning round close.
