### About the Guest Speaker

Stuart Gibbon currently works at WA Primary Health Alliance as the National Manager of Primary Health Insights. They are a national data and analytics platform and service, supporting not-for-profit organisations that manage over $2b in federal grants every year. They find and address gaps in primary healthcare and support local GPs.

Over the past thirty years Stuart has been a Consulting Director (Technology, Strategy and Innovation) at Deloitte, the Executive Director for Strategy & Development at the WA Government Chief Information Office, the CIO for the WA Department of Training, and held numerous roles at WA Police including Director of Strategy & Performance.

He wrote WA's first whole-of-government IT Strategy and led teams that developed both business and technology strategies for organisations ranging from multinational mining companies, and the largest state government departments down to small not-for-profits.

Stuart holds a degree in Applied Physics and certifications in Enterprise Architecture, Program Management and Project Management, and enjoys training in martial arts or, as he prefers to put it, "learning to fold clothes while people are still wearing them."
