What we’re about
Digital Transformation Perth is a multi-disciplinary group that comes together to share transformative ideas, showcase enterprise transformation lessons learned, and brainstorm around the fourth industrial age.
This group is for anyone involved or interested in transformation — lean practitioners (inc. Six Sigma), data scientists, design nuts, organisational development practitioners, Future of Work aficionados, strategy consultants, and so on.
Our events feature short talks from transformation experts intermingled with nibbles and networking. Topics cover both the basics and the complexities, with a particular focus on practical lessons learned.

Surrounded by fast-moving technology and hype, many of us are feeling the strain of uncertainty or are witnessing it in our teams.
The potential impact of transformative technologies like AI is creating unsettled work environments. There is a growing need for all of us to be resilient in the face of change.
Fortunately, this is a skill that can be strengthened, and we’re excited to welcome Matt Brown and Marga Betancor to help us do so!
Get ready, because this session is going to be hands-on from the get-go.

- How human biology responds to change and uncertainty
- The value of a growth mindset
Plus — as you expect from DTP’s interactive sessions — Matt and Marga will share some specific tools and techniques to help successfully build personal change fitness to overcome change fatigue.
As with all our hands-on events, this is a fantastic chance to break the ice and get to know your fellow DTP community members better, while simultaneously gaining great takeaways to build resilience for yourself and your team.
