Future-Ready by Design: Navigating the Workplace in the Age of AI

Details
What if staying relevant in the age of artificial intelligence isn’t about catching up, but about consciously designing who you’re becoming?
Join us to explore this question on Monday 5th May with speakers and facilitators Sean Gardiner and Cristina Londoño. This will be an interactive session with a dynamic mix of presentation, discussion, and hands-on activities.
As part of a Future of Work research team, Sean and Cristina have been exploring how to make capability feel less reactive and more intentional.
Together we’ll take a look at the key trends shaping the future of work, meet our colleagues of the future, help you self-assess where you’re at today, and offer some practical ways to start designing for adaptability—personally and organisationally.
This isn’t about predicting the future. It’s about preparing for it with purpose.

This event is open to everyone, no matter your background, industry, or years of experience. New faces and familiar faces are all welcome!

As usual, we invite you to stick around following the session for informal networking over drinks and pizzas.
