Hello there, the goal of this community is to:

  • Eat with others to avoid eating by yourself.

  • Make friends with people with like-minded interests in food.

  • Focus your energy on relating to your individual health

  • Support you in reflecting on new perspective to get the best out of your food

  • Provide you with a non-judgemental space to eat for your individual needs.

  • Eat for fuel, and with intention in the company of others to create meaningful connections.

  • Let food connect you with others to live your best life.

If you like talking about food, journalling, eating and sharing circles, you’re already part of the family, and you’re in the right place,

In the events you will:

  • Participate in a sharing circle at 12:00 p.m.
  • Journal any challenges you have standing in the way of your best self - ‘food is your friend not your foe’ at 12:30 p.m.
  • Eat food so that you can connect to others at 1:30 p.m.
  • Free to connect with others and embrace the members in the community.

For the serious folks:

  • You want to be amongst individuals who want to eat more animals and plants to normalise it in your day-to-day lives.

  • You want to change your overall approach to eating, adopt new confidence, and nurture your relationship with food.

  • You want to experience a workshop where you eat, journal, group-share, and chat.

  • You want to be in a sharing circle to express your authentic self, connect with your challenges, and adopt a new perspective.
