Hello there, the goal of the Eating Community is to:
Focus your energy on improving your individual health
Support you in adopting a new perspective to get the best out of your food
Help you eat for your individual needs.
Food is fuel, but more than that, when thought about with intention, it can be sacred meaningful, and help you live your best life.
The community’s goal is to bring people together to talk about food in the aspect that they are ready so they can nurture their body’s needs. There is no right and wrong, the community permits you to have sovereignty to explore what works for you, and what does not work for you, and to be your ultimate judge.
In the events you will:
Cook so that you adopt a newfangled relationship with cooking
Eat so that you have a way to relate to food as fuel
Journal any challenges you have standing in the way of your goals.
I hope to meet you if:
You want to be amongst individuals who want to eat more animals and plants to normalise it in their day-to-day lives.
You want to change your overall approach to eating, adopt new confidence, and nurture your relationship with food.
You want to experience a workshop where you eat, chat, journal and cook in a group setting.
You want to be in a sharing circle to express your authentic self, connect with your challenges, and adopt a new perspective; ‘when your thoughts change, your food patterns change. ‘
