Do you find yourself saying 'this is where I hold my stress?' be it in the jaw, shoulder tension or other areas?
Have you found when you go back to work after a holiday tension creeps back in?
The somatic approach with EFT/Tapping can be a really gentle way to discover where we hold stress in the body and allow ourselves to let go of it.

Studies have shown the stress hormone cortisol has dropped in participants of a 1 hour group EFT session by 43%. This has an overall effect on your body and helps both mind and body.

This is not to work on undiagnosed physical pain. It is not safe to work on undiagnosed physical pain as EFT/Tapping may reduce the level of pain when that is a signal from your body of an underlying medical need and should be assessed by a medical professional.

No experience with EFT is necessary as you will be led through how to tap effectively by myself (Beth Little, accredited EBEFT practitioner) and guided through several tapping series to assist you in reducing stress.

You will also receive take home resources to support you in your self tapping practice if you wish to continue between group events.

Please bring your water bottle. Hydration is really beneficial with EFT/Tapping work.

Venue Details

We will meet within the Multicultural Language Centre in Subiaco.
Please note Unfortunately this venue is not wheelchair accessible. The room is on the first floor and you will need to be able to comfortably take the stairs to the first floor.
