Does the thought of trying to get to sleep make you anxious? Do you wonder if you’ll be able to sleep, worry about how often you may wake up and if you do, how long it will take to get back to sleep?

In this session we will use EFT/Tapping to help you get a better night's sleep. Through the benefits of lowering cortisol that EFT offers we will use each tapping round to our advantage to
*reduce sleep anxiety
*reduce sleep procrastination
*let go of the stress of the day to allow you to sleep
*feel more grounded in your body to assist with sleep
And we will address what else comes up in the group (time allowing). The session is structured but not scripted so we have space to ensure the tapping rounds we engage in are relevant and beneficial for all on the call.

No experience with EFT is necessary as you will be led through how to tap effectively by myself (Beth Little, accredited EFT practitioner) and guided through several tapping rounds to assist
you in reducing stress.
EFT is a gentle yet powerful stress reduction technique that combines acupressure tapping with cognitive and exposure therapies. It is often referred to as 'tapping' due to the physical tapping on EFT points.
