February Golang Meetup

Details
Hi Perth Gophers
The time has come for a second Golang Meetup!
After the awesome response to our November event, we have decided to make it a bi-monthly occurrence, commencing this February.
Speakers:
Joseph Miocevich
Topic: Why err != nil is the Better Way and How Go 1.22 Stops You From Shooting Yourself in the Foot
Andrew Wilkins
Topic: Introduction to OpenTelemetry, and Instrumenting Go Services for Observability
More details surrounding the presentations to be announced soon!
This Meetup is also an excellent opportunity for networking and connecting with fellow Golang enthusiasts. You'll have the chance to meet and interact with professionals from various backgrounds, exchange ideas, and possibly collaborate on future projects. Whether you are interested in Open Source, want to enhance your programming skills, or simply curious about new technologies, this event is a must-attend.
We hope to see you all there, both familiar faces and new!
Date: February 21st, 2024
Time: 5:30-7:30pm
Location: Level 7, 125 Murray Street (Horizon Digital Offices)
