Your employee isn't broken. Your system might be.
The conversation around workplace well-being is often missing the most important piece. When someone is overwhelmed, the answer isn't always another resilience workshop. The answer might be in the environment.
An employee's struggle is often a signal—a piece of data telling us that the organizational system may be unwell.
In our next Lean Change Meetup, we're shifting the focus from the individual to the ecosystem they work in.
With a deep grounding in psychology, Shreya Sharma will walk us through -
'The 5 Organisational Pillars for Employee Well-being'.
This session is for any leader, coach, organisational leaders, or change agent who wants to learn how to:
✅ See well-being as an outcome of a healthy system.
✅ Identify the environmental factors that contribute to deteriorating health.
✅ Build a framework for creating an organization where people can genuinely thrive.
Join us for a session that gets to the root of workplace well-being.
