Building and launching ML or GenAI products is challenging, but scaling their adoption and driving sustained usage is even harder. Let’s explore the common obstacles to creating and growing successful AI products.

Join us in this workshop as we discuss the most common pain points in AI development and map out strategies to solve them.

**Speaker Details:**
Facilitated by **Jeroen van Dalen -** Chief Technology Officer at Integral, the session also features a Q&A designed for active problem-solving. Members can bring their real-world challenges to the table and engage in discussions how to best navigate them.

With nearly a decade of experience in AI product development, Jeroen has co-founded and scaled multiple startups. He’s also a trusted advisor and Program Director at **Bloom**, WA’s leading Youth Innovation Centre, where he's a steady hand at mentoring startup founders and small business owners.

In 2025, Jeroen is heading LaunchLAB AI - an exciting incubator program combining AI and entrepreneurship, with mentorship from industry leaders like Microsoft and Atlassian. LaunchLAB AI is made possible by Meshpoint - an initiative by Lotterywest and Spacecubed, which exists to build a stronger culture of entrepreneurship and innovation in WA. LaunchLAB AI also receives backing from DDD Perth, CyberWest Hub, WA Data Science Innovation Hub (WADSIH) and Visagio.
