How Self-Esteem Shapes Relationships and Decisions and How To Improve It?
Subi Place, 12/217 Hay Street, Subiaco, AUThis is a ticketed event
Details below
➡️The workshop will have two parts, with a short break in between for delicious snacks and refreshments. It will be held in a very cosy and modern venue in Subiaco
### We’ll cover:
- What self-esteem is (and what it’s not)
- Different types of self-esteem
- Where self-esteem comes from and how it shows up in adult life
- How self-esteem influences relationships, boundaries, work, and everyday decisions
- How to move from understanding to small, repeatable actions that build self-respect
### After the workshop you’ll have:
- A clear understanding of where your self-esteem struggles actually sit (not “everything is wrong with me,” but which areas need attention).
- Language to describe your patterns without shame or self-blame.
- Simple, realistic tools you can start using the same week — especially around boundaries, comparison, and people-pleasing.
- A clearer sense of what healthy self-esteem looks like in real behaviour, not just in theory.
This workshop is also a chance to step away from the online world, meet like-minded people in real life, and experience genuine human connection in a supportive space.
🍰🥗Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
