Since the inception of our successful sister group discussions have occurred on running a men's only group for safe and open discussions of issues particular to males.
Using evidence based approaches and theory's such as 5 languages of love look at yourself, your world and identify your needs, wants and boundaries to improve relationships.
Improve yourself using strength based frameworks held within the field of Positive Psychology the group is designed to peer support like minded individuals or couples in achieving the best version of themselves. Free education, information and experience sharing using positive psychology.
This is not a cult lol. This group was established on meetup originally for people like you. People just looking to make a life more meaningful, engaged purposefull, with fuller relationships and positive emotions. After researching various aporoaches I have found positive psychology as something practical I can use each day without too much effort and thought. I started the group as with a like minded group it holds me to account and allows better insights through learning in a peer group setting.
Come along and be positive.
It is not about treating a mental illness, but can be used for that. It is about looking at your current self and examining who you are and then giving you momentum to create a you that improves your use of your skills, relationships and creates order with goal setting.
