What we’re about
This is for people in Perth interested in going to quizzes. We go to several locations, from Paddy Malones in Joondalup (and further north!) to Varsity Waterford, Hyde Park Hotel to the western suburbs and Fremantle.
There is a donations container at every quiz which is strictly voluntary, but it does help offset my fees ($160/six months) so if you have some spare change after paying for your dinner, drinks etc, it would be greatly appreciated. \
We frequently win prizes in the form of vouchers, which get used to buy snacks for the next time we attend that quiz. Any individual prizes (ie, Heads or Tails) are the winners to do with as they please.
Please do not use your phones during question time - even if it's for an innocent reason, the Quizmaster may assume you're cheating and disqualify the team. You will be asked politely at least once to put away your phone, and after that, the organizer may ask you to leave.
Please remember to cancel your rsvp if you can no longer make it as to not do so inconveniences the organiser, the venue and members on the waitlist. I will remove members who consistently cancel on the day, or do not show up at all.
