A Growth Path for Organisational Coaches with Michael Spayd

Organisational coaches — for instance those involved in Agile Transformations — have an expanded growth path to competence compared to when they were scoped to team coaching. This includes a higher premium on our development of self and deep authenticity, since our own sensemaking is the most important tool of transformation. As the creator of the ACI coaching competency model, I'd like to share my ideas on a further progression and evolution of that model appropriate to those coaching and leading in an organisational context. In addition, we’ll talk about new perspectives on some practices to further a coach’s growth.
