**FEE**: Free for a couple of sessions

Taichi Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese moving meditation you can practice to **heal body and mind, relieve stress, and balance your emotions**. We practice specifically Ba Duan Jin, which has been passed on from generation to generation.

The benefits of practising QiGong are:

This is a beginner's class, starting with the practice of Baduanjin ( the 8 Brocades), which, with regular attendance, will move on to more advanced movements.

The event is free for the first two sessions; however, we limit attendance to around 15 people due to size restrictions on the Hall.
