ADHD Discussion Forum Series

Join us for a casual peer discussion exploring what it means to identify with ADHD — from the messy bits to the useful hacks. Whether you’ve been recently diagnosed, self-identified, have known for years, or are simply curious, this is a welcoming space to share experiences, ask questions, and connect with others who get it.

Each session explores different themes connected to living with ADHD, including attention, energy, creativity, overwhelm, relationships, work, study, and the day-to-day systems and strategies that actually help. It’s a place for those “oh… that’s why I do that” moments, alongside practical ideas, shared experiences, and honest conversation.
The sessions are structured enough to keep things flowing, while relaxed enough to feel natural and informal. No pressure, no fixing — just community, curiosity, and conversation.

This forum series is primarily intended for adults. Participants are encouraged to exercise healthy boundaries, respect group confidentiality, and help maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for everyone attending.

Children and young people may attend when accompanied by a responsible guardian; however, some discussion themes may not be suitable or engaging for all ages.

This meet is at Hyde Park, feel free to bring a blanket to sit on, seating or snacks. Whatever you need to feel comfy.
