Sound Healing in the Forest with Guided Meditation

This beautiful space, nestled in the forest is a safe and nourishing place for you to relax and share a Sound Healing with friends and like minded people. Sound Baths are immersive musical meditations and are a wonderful way to restore balance to your Mind, Body and Soul.

Enter a deep relaxation and meditation with ancient sounds and vibrations from Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, gongs and many other instruments. The therapeutic sound tools have been used by ancient cultures for this purpose for thousands of years and can instil a deep sense of sacredness.

Sound Healing can help with:

This event will be held indoors. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start. I lock the front door before I start so there will be no late entry.

New Comfort Option:

• comfy mattresses are provided (not quite full body length so bring a yoga mat for underneath if you wish)

Things to Bring:

• pillow and blanket
• warm clothes & more blankets for colder weather
• eye pillow if you have one
• water bottle

• this event will be held outdoors in good weather & indoors in bad weather
