Join us on Saturday the 21st of March 2026 from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm for a hands-on, fun-filled morning where you’ll learn to make four delicious cheeses: Mozzarella, Bocconcini, Nodini, and Burrata.

The session will be led by the talented teams from Galleria Burrata & La Delizia Latticini, a family-owned Perth-based cheese producer renowned for their fresh, handcrafted Italian cheeses made from local, non-homogenised milk.
