The Holistic Community Supporting Late-Diagnosed NeuroSensitive Adults in Healing, Growth, & Self-Empowerment
Description
Are you a late-diagnosed NeuroSensitive* (including self-diagnosis) navigating the complexities of healing from childhood trauma, complex PTSD, attachment wounds, and the many interconnected challenges that come with unmet needs and neurodivergence? Are you seeking a safe, accepting, and growth-focused community of like-minded individuals to support and connect with along the way? Do you have a heightened sensitivity to environmental and social stimuli, and struggle to fit into and function in a world that isn’t designed to accommodate you?
I believe we are souls having a human experience, and those who have chosen to heal trauma while embracing their neurodivergence are undertaking one of the most powerful and challenging journeys imaginable. We are here to grow, evolve, and create a world that values authenticity, equity, and deep connection. This path is no small feat—it requires moving through discomfort, hardship, and deep self-discovery.
While spirituality is part of my personal journey, this group is open to all perspectives. Whether you approach healing through a spiritual lens, a practical one, or somewhere in between, what matters is mutual respect and acceptance. If we follow the group’s guidelines, our differences will enrich this community rather than divide it.
This group is for neurodivergent adults—specifically those who identify as NeuroSensitive*—who are actively working toward healing and self-empowerment. Through active listening, compassionate presence, and mutual support, we aim to create a safe and validating space where everyone feels seen and accepted.
Healing is deeply personal, but within a supportive community, it becomes supercharged. While each of us walks our own path, having a circle of understanding individuals can make the process more sustainable—especially when navigating the unique intersections of autism and trauma.
This growth-oriented group offers a safe, non-judgmental space to connect, share, and feel inspired on your journey toward healing and self-acceptance.
We are not a ‘singles’ group—our focus is on safety, community, and growth, not forming trauma bonds or seeking distractions from core wounds. This space prioritises self-empowerment, healthy boundaries, vulnerability, and intentional growth. If meaningful connections and relationships emerge naturally, they will be welcomed as part of the journey.
*Due to my lived experience, this group is specifically focused on late-diagnosed NeuroSensitive (including self-diagnosed) adults—such as those with Autism, ADHD, AuDHD, HSP, SPD, etc. Individuals with other neurodivergent traits who feel aligned with the group's focus on healing, growth, and self-empowerment are welcome to reach out or attend to discern suitability.
