Vegan Calisthenics at Jacaranda Springs (weekly - Sundays)

This Sunday morning, we can meet up and do some vegan calisthenics at the Jacaranda Springs playground and also fitness station. I can bring a 20kg and 10kg olympic plate for H.I.I.T (high intensity interval training). you can also do sprints or burpees or split lunges for the HIIT. and we finish up with some joint mobility and PNF flexibility.

We can also do some acro yoga if you guys wanna experiment and play with some of those exercises too.

I'm looking to do this once a week on Sundays from about 9am till 12noon roughly. We can just order some vegan subways at the end and if you don't feel like training on any given Sunday, still feel free to come. You can bring some books and be amongst like minded, like hearted people. Our vibe attracts our tribe.
