What we’re about

The purpose of this group is to bring slacklining, yoga, and other movement practices into our community in a safe, accessible, and approachable way that is designed for ALL BODIES! Practice, patience, persistence, and Presence - Slacklining has become an effective tool for mindfulness and meditation.

All ages and skill levels welcome :)

We gather in community to stretch (warm up), get centered and slack, and play frisbee and, other movement activities! Slacklining is a great way to challenge the balance of your body and mind, strengthen core muscles, and improve overall health and wellness.
