Walk & Talk and A coffee stop is a gentle reset. We’ll meet at at Ferry Meadows Kitchen and Bar, stroll for about 45 minutes at a relaxed pace , around one of the lakes then pause for a coffee and easy conversation ☕.

Come as you are. No pressure. Just fresh air, kind people, and a chance to feel lighter by the end 😊
