What to Expect
This gathering offers a quiet, peaceful atmosphere for meditation and relaxation. We’ll spend time settling the body, calming the mind, and resting in simple mindfulness. The session is gentle and unhurried, suitable for complete beginners as well as long‑time practitioners.
Who Can Join
Everyone is welcome. No prior meditation experience is needed. Whether you’re curious, returning to practice, or already familiar with meditation, this is a supportive space for all beings.
What to Bring
Just yourself. If you prefer to sit on a cushion, feel free to bring one, but chairs and simple seating will be available.
Finding the Group
The meeting takes place at my home in Peterborough. When you arrive, you’ll be greeted and shown to the meditation space, which is quiet, safe, and set up for ease and comfort.
