For the last couple of years Albert has been part of a Digital Voice programme which started with the prompt enabling of BGLi's Contact Centre colleagues to work from home to ensure business continuity. This involved a quick migration from an on-premises telephony solution to Twilio's cloud-hosted communications platform. In this session, Albert will talk about Twilio's Programmable Voice service, and how you can use it to quickly build a flexible customer contact solution, with a demo of a simple IVR fulfilled by an ASP.NET Web API app written in F#.
