Stoic decision making – How do we decide what is the right thing to do?
Details
“Easy Choices = Hard Life. Hard Choices = Easy Life.” – Andy Small
This month we will be looking at the framework Stoics used to decide what is the right way to act. As with all things Stoic, this involves acting in accordance with our nature and following the virtues. But how does that work in practice? And why do the Stoics often recommend that taking the harder choice will lead to a better life?
We invite you to join us for a lively discussion about Stoic principles and practice, and how they can help us to live a good life. All are welcome, whether you are well versed in Stoicism, a Stoic novice, or are simply curious to learn more.
