In these modern times it can feel like we are constantly bombarded with news and information, and it is increasingly difficult to sift the fact from the fiction. We can easily become overwhelmed, anxiety-ridden and pessimistic, but don’t loose hope! This month we will looking at how we can use Stoic practices and principles to protect ourselves from the barrage of bad news and misinformation, allowing us to see and think clearly and to act positively.
