Saturday evening bike ride!! Ashburham Ale House to Lakefield and back !!

This is a relatively flat, 32 KM round trip bike ride. Plan is to meet at the Ashburnham Ale House, ride along the bike trail, up past Trent University, up to Lakefield.

We take a 10-15 break, eat Ice cream (if its open), or rehydrate.

We then turn around, riding along River Road, and come back, to a cold beer, some food, and conversation.
