Peterborough City Stroll and Coffee Break at the Silver Bean Cafe

This week's 5.75km stroll will start at Beavermead Park. We'll meet in the southeast corner of the parking lot, near the entrance to the Ecology Park. We will walk westbound on the Trans Canada Trail over Lock 20, north along the canal, zigzag through East City, James Stevenson Park and towards downtown on Hunter St. South along the river on the Millennium Trail. If the weather is nice, we'll have our break at the original Silver Bean Cafe. If the weather is sour, we'll continue on the trail, cross the river on the Rail bridge, onto Maria St, Rogers Cove Park, continue on the T C Trail and break at the Silver Bean in the Canoe Museum. After our break, it will a short walk back to Beavermead.
