Yoga in the Spot

Come join me for some gentle stretching and mindful movement.
Meet at the pond on the grassy area. Bring mat, towel and water, coffee ☕️ optional. If you do not have a mat, let me know, I have extras. $10 drop-in.
May partake in a walk 🚶‍♀️ as well.
