Friday night bike ride!!! (Into the setting Sun we ride!!)

Plan is to meet at Jackson Park, head west on the Tran-Canada Trail as far as Doube’s Trestle Bridge.

For those interested in spectacular sunsets…the view from the bridge should make the ride memorable.

Meeting in Jackson Park has its challenges. My preference is to have everyone meet in the parking lot, which is located at the top of Monaghan Road.

To avoid confusion, I’m explicitly expplaning that the parking lot is best driven to by coming up Monaghan Road. At the traffic light at the intersection of Monaghan Road and Parkhill, you drive through the intersection, crossing Parkhill and entering the parking lot.

We typically park at the end of the parking lot, near the trailhead.

For those familiar with the meet location, should you wish to meet up along the trail (at the bottom of the hill), pleasexlet me know when you arrive, so that I can best manage arrivals.
