Warsaw Caves Conservation Area hike !
Details
This will be a relatively easy 7.5 KM hike along the Limestone Trail. For those wishing to shorten their hike their is a short cut that will bring the hike down to 5 KM.
Trail is double wide, good footing for the majority, but some lengthy section of walking between, around, on rocks embedded in the trail surface.
Note, the Conservation Area is closed for the winter, so we meet in the main parking lot, just before the main gate. Note, as park is closed, entry is FREE !
I strongly urge people to bring their walking poles…it’s a good habit to have them as we move into winter…
