Fools Moon Hike
Details
The April full moon is called the Pink Moon. Look it up ... if you care.
I'm calling it the Fools Moon as this year it appears on April 1 - Fools Day.
This will be a short hike for about 60 minutes over flat terrain. Following the hike, we'll join Dan at the bonfire that he will be tending near the parking lot. Join for more conversation around the fire. Usually someone volunteers to bring treats to share. ๐
Moon rise is at 7:35 pm and Sunset is at 7:40 pm, so we'll get to see both duing the hike and campfire time.
Meet at the Lock 22 parking lot on Nassau Mills road. I have included a map. USE IT. Don't trust google or your GPS. It's easy to find if you follow the map.
Dress for the weather.
Bring a flashlight just in case you drop your car keys. It will be daylight until 8:10 pm, so the hike will be in daylight. Campfire time will be in twilight.
