This hike location is just east of Petroglyphs on County Road 6

The hike will be a roughly 12 km loop along multi-use trails. It will be similar to the Silent Lake loop in terms of the level of effort required. >> So a relatively challenging hike and can offer some adventures. The terrain is rolling with some easy hills. This area has some outstanding scenery: small waterfalls, rivers, views from hilltops, mixed forest, rock outcrops, local geology. At this time of year expect hard packed snow and ice.

Bring a lunch and suitable clothing for 4 or 5 hours on the trail. Bring icers and hiking poles. There are several small creek crossings and some wet areas, so waterproof footwear is best (or some dry socks).

There is no address per se. There is a parking area at the trail head, just off the road.

The Meetup App wants to call the area "Woodview". It's not.
