An evening at Take Cover Books!

Our thanks to James (from Whitby) for the suggestion. On Thursday, October 8th Take Cover Books is hosting accomplished writer Catherine Gilbert, as part of the author’s book tour for her most recent book titled, “The Walrus”. The Walrus describes the remarkable life of Eco-Warrior of David Garrick.

Full disclosure, prior to James mentioning this, I was unfamiliar with the author or the subject matter. However, I do intend to attend, both as a social evening out, and a chance to browse a good book store!!

(James did confide that the author is his sister, Catherine Gilbert is an acclaimed author, with the Walrus being her third book)
