Long Sault Conservation hike!!
Details
This to use a phrase, will be a promenade, with long gradual descents, with some significant but not gruelling ascents.
Distance to hike is 8.5 Km , as we will hike
the Wild Turkey trail and Eastern BlueBird
Trails. Trails are a mixture of single track, but in spots they become double track.
(This is a very pretty hike, especially this time of year.)
After the hike, Im headed to the Hampton Diner for a well deserved burger and fries.
Please note, and I stress this…do not GPS the drive, if you do, you’ll end up in the paid parking lot. The meeting point is Concession 10, just east of Grasshopper Park Road. (Google that, if running late or unsure of meet point, Text me at 705/750-7956.
We park on the shoulder of the road, there should be ample space.
