This two-weekly women’s group offers a welcoming, supportive space to pause, reflect, and connect within a small circle of other women. Together, we focus on building a healthier relationship with ourselves and with others — strengthening self-awareness, confidence, boundaries, communication, and emotional wellbeing.

Each 1.5-hour session is semi-structured, gently guided around a different theme or topic. Sessions may include reflective exercises, guided discussions, and opportunities for sharing in a way that feels comfortable to you. There is no pressure to speak — you are free to participate at your own pace.

The intention of the group is to foster empowerment, mutual respect, and meaningful connection in a safe and nurturing environment. Tea, coffee, and biscuits are provided to create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

Event fee: This session is offered for free as a taster session, to help you get a feel for what the sessions are about. All future sessions will have a £10 entry fee.

Important Information
Due to the nature of these sessions, participants may choose to share personal experiences and challenges. It is expected that all attendees maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of others in the group.

Please use your own judgement in looking after your wellbeing and deciding how much you wish to share. I will be available to offer support after the session if needed.
