This two-weekly women’s group offers a welcoming, supportive space to pause, reflect, and connect within a small circle of other women. Together, we focus on building a healthier relationship with ourselves and with others — strengthening self-awareness, confidence, boundaries, communication, and emotional wellbeing.

The focus of this session is “How Low Self-Esteem Develops”

During the session, we will explore the connection between negative life events and how these shaped who we are and how we see ourselves. We will get a better understanding of the root cause of our unhelpful behaviours and how we can become stuck repeating the same patterns and mistakes which often lead to negative self-talk.

This session can be helpful if you tend to be very self-critical and suffer with self-doubt.

Event fee: £3 (to be paid on the day)

Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided.

Due to the nature of these sessions, participants may choose to share personal experiences and challenges. It is expected that all attendees maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of others in the group.

Please use your own judgement in looking after your wellbeing and deciding how much you wish to share. I will be available to offer support after the session if needed.
