Picture is of Miss Billie , a female tabbycat rescued off the streets of Lasalle after spending four years outside in brutal conditions, and birthing at least 4 litter's per year. She weighed 4 lbs when rescued , endured numerous operations for tumours in her throat, but yes, she is still alive and now Safe. This situation was NOT her fault!
