Welcome to the PFLAG Waterbury Meetup Group on Meetup.com! We are a supportive community dedicated to promoting Pride Families, Equality, and Family Happiness for all. Our goal is to educate, advocate and support parents and care givers of LGBTQ+ children and adults. We welcome adult members of the LGBTQ+ community to attend our meetings too. It is helpful for parents and care givers to meet LGBTQ+ role models and hear their stories.
Join us for peer sharing and mutual support as we each journey with our LGBTQ+ loved ones, be they Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning, nonbinary or gender expansive. Join us as we work too to create a more inclusive and accepting world for everyone.
