National Financial Literacy Night

My name is Nany Conde, a physician Assistant and Financial Educator very passionate about helping others. With over 7 years of experience as a Clinician, I have seen first hand how Financial problems can be detrimental to our mental and Physical health.

The reason why I'm passionate about education our communities is because even though we live in one of the wealthiest Countries in the world many of us still have a lot of money problems:

How many people have been affected by job losses? How many have lost their retirement funds due to the recent recession?

It’s ironic that we live in one of the wealthiest countries in the world, but we always have money problems. We can work hard all our lives but retire poor. We don’t have much, and we don’t know much. Nobody teaches us how to manage our money in school. Financial issues are not often discussed and financial products not always explained.

As a response to the financial crisis, we are coming together to offer a free NATIONAL FINANCIAL LITERACY NIGHT ONLINE via zoom. This is offered as part of our National Financial Literacy Campaign in both the United States and Canada.
