Tuesdays with PGH Cheers & Chess

Join us for PGH Cheers & Chess social club!

Starting on January 7th, we will be at Aslin Brewing every Tuesday from 7-9. We aim to bring a low-stakes and fun environment to learn/play chess, meet new people, and socialize at a great Brewery in Pittsburgh!

There is no agenda, and no need to arrive at 7. Join us for as long or as little as you like! Events are free and we have 12 boards for anyone to use. (If you have a board, we ask you to bring it with you!)

Please don't be discouraged if you see low RSVP numbers. Anyone who has attended will attest that this is a very free form group and no RSVP is needed (so our regulars don't even bother RSVPing anymore :D ). We average around 12-20 people each week with skills ranging from "what does that piece do" to "I think that's checkmate?" to "Hey, does Andy play professionally?"
