Agenda:
In this session we will delve into creating custom actions in Sitecore's Marketing Automation module. Using an example of sending SMS via Twilio we will look deep into how to create the front end code, Sitecore items, and C# code necessary to create a custom action.

We will also cover how to deploy, debug, and troubleshoot your custom actions, as well as how to create custom predicates, and take a look at a GitHub repository containing a working example and Sitecore content package that you can download to try it out.
