Sharing our experiences with Sitecore 10.2 Headless Next.js, based on our latest projects from the last year. How did we start our first headless project, and how it changes the developer team and flows? In this presentation, I am focusing on planning, designing, and implementing a headless solution for a client with technical and functional requirements.
