Abstracting personalization – CPA Australia

Last year, Vincent presented a session on CPA Australia's Composable DXP with Personalization setup, and what the organization has done during the initial test and learn approach. This time, he would like to cover how CPA Australia is looking to abstract out the implementation of Personalization across multiple platforms, and deliberately not discussing anything to do with Sitecore XM.

This includes:

• Enrich user tracking data
• Challenges, and how we overcome when dealing with SaaS platforms
• The Op-Ex challenge
• Implementing personalization recommendations across all platforms
