Ever struggle with issues while working in the Sitecore Platform and don’t know where to start? In this presentation we will dive into the logic and tools to resolve Sitecore issues faster.

Specifically, you will:

1. See real world examples from the field (even the weird ones), of how the majority of issues aren't the Sitecore platform, but the surrounding infrastructure, network, or custom code/components
2. Learn common troubleshooting mistakes and how to manage a crisis
3. Get a troubleshooting runbook and learn what tools help resolve an issue faster
