Join us for an outdoor Pilates class designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body alignment. All fitness levels are welcome! Bring a mat and enjoy a refreshing outdoor workout. Level: All. Ages 13 & up. Register at *pgparksdirect.com*. No classes on federal holidays (Memorial Day 5/26).
Classes may be canceled due to inclement weather or wet grounds. Call 301-927-0822 for weather-related cancellations.
